Quick Start

This guide walks you through the first steps after setting up your Tourbox organisation.

1. Set up your organisation

Configure your organisation name, currency, and basic settings in Settings > Organisation.

2. Invite your team

Add team members in Settings > Team Members. Each member will receive an email invitation.

3. Create your first enquiry

Navigate to Enquiries and create a new enquiry. Fill in the customer's details and any notes about their trip requirements.

4. Start a quote

Once you've reviewed the enquiry, click Start Quote to create a booking and begin building an itinerary.

5. Build an itinerary

Add days and content blocks to your itinerary. You can use catalogue items and day templates to speed things up.

6. Send and confirm

Send the quote to your customer, record payments as they come in, and authorise the booking when everything is finalised.
