Key Concepts
Before diving into Tourbox, it helps to understand a few core concepts that appear throughout the platform.
Organisations
Every Tourbox account is centred around an organisation. An organisation represents your tour operating business, and all data — bookings, customers, suppliers, finances — is scoped to it.
Members
Team members are the people in your organisation who use Tourbox. Each member has a role that determines what they can see and do.
The Pipeline
The pipeline is the journey from initial customer enquiry through to a confirmed, authorised booking. See the Pipeline section for full details.
Tags
Tags let you categorise and filter enquiries, bookings, customers, and other records. You can create custom tag categories to match your workflow.
